Side Intrusion Bars (ARRRGGGHHH)

Hi.  I am in the process of trying to get my 1986 2CV compliant for new reg.  I recently imported it and need some help with side intrusion bars.  Can anyone let me know what they have done to comply, any designs that fit etc….  Many thanks

Can anyone help me????  My car has been sitting in a garage and no-one seems to know how to do these side intrusion bars.  I have searched through 2CV forums and people often speak of the annoyance of having to fit these bars, but no-one actually says how they have done it.  Please…..I am so looking forward to driving a 2CV again, and its driving me nuts that it is just sitting there.  Thanks
